Meet Sibyl
Sibyl is a Rolfing Structural Integration practitioner and an Advanced Clinical Massage therapist specialising in chronic pain and pregnancy, using a variety of soft-tissue techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy and soft-tissue release to help with chronic pain patterns, sports injuries and structural issues during pregnancy.
She helps people with a wide variety of conditions, including sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, repetitive strain injuries, strains and sprains, low back pain, post-operative tightness and misalignment, arthritis, headaches, stress and insomnia.
Other therapies Sibyl offers include Reflexology, Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Maternity Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Reiki.
